Willow

Willow was brought into our care with her four kittens – Waffle and Wicket, Whiskey and Womble – after being rescued from an unsuitable environment where mama was being kept away from her babies.

Whilst the little ones are all fairly confident, Willow was understandably very defensive. Now in the comfort of one of our foster carers, Willow is learning to trust again. She is now happy to be picked up and fussed, and always seeks out a cuddle! She’s settling in to be an incredibly friendly feline, just a little wary of anything unfamiliar.

Willow is around a year old and is still occasionally feeding her babies, so she’s not ready for rehoming just yet. However, she’s been given a clean bill of health by the vets so we’re starting the search for her forever home in preparation. You can see Willow enjoying a good fuss in the video below.

Willow would be suited to a household with no other pets – she’s not keen on other cats or dogs – and one that’s adult only or has older children.

If you think Willow could be the girl for you, please complete our adoption form.

Please note with the increase in cost of veterinary treatment we now require adopters to take out relevant insurance - we will provide more information during the adoption process.
