Hamish

Say hi to our Hamish…

We were alerted to Hamish’s plight by a concerned member of the public. He had been hanging around their home, hungry, filthy dirty. They were extremely worried about him, and rightly so.

We managed to get Hamish safely into our care and found he was not microchipped or neutered and judging by the state of his coat, he had been roaming for quite some time.

Hamish is a friendly, fussy boy who has adjusted into his foster space well. As soon as Hamish discovered comfy beds and spaces within his cabin, he was spoilt for choice and often moves from bed to bed to rest. He absolutely adores having the choice of numerous cosy places to bed down and have a cat nap.

Hamish slept for hours and hours after his admittance into foster care, finally for the first time in a long time, he could rest and not have to be ‘on guard.’ It was such a pleasure for us to see him resting.

Hamish resides in a cabin next door to 3 other cats and he hasn’t been at all phased at their presence. He’s happy to mind his own business, eat his lovely food and cosy up in his beds.

His filthy coat is now beautifully white, a true testament to him being in a clean environment and being able to groom in peace.

Hamish has now been neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and flea and worm treated. We are thrilled to announce he is now officially rehome ready!

We wish to find a home for Hamish where he will be the centre of the home. He deserves all the fuss, cuddles and so much love bestowed upon him.

If you’d like to welcome Hamish into your family, please get in touch by completing our application form.

Please note with the increase in cost of veterinary treatment we now require adopters to take out relevant insurance - we will provide more information during the adoption process. Every cat deserves the opportunity to be provided with the required veterinary treatment should they need it during times of illness or injury.
