Beauty Boy is ready to find a new home, for a new year…
This gorgeous boy arrived in our care a few weeks ago, emaciated and really not in a great way at all.
Following a trip to the vets, he was neutered, microchipped, flea/worm treated and had his first vaccination and has been with one of our wonderful fosterers ever since.
Post operatively BB seemed a little flat. However, following all available blood tests coming back normal, vets have put it down to a likely touch of gastrointestinal upset.
Needless to say, to support him as fully as we could, he was placed on an appetite stimulant for a few days and has since picked up eating a little more. He just seems to be a little one who doesn’t wolf down his food like most of our rescues. The main thing is, there’s absolutely nothing clinical as a cause for concern.
Vets guesstimate him to be 9-12 months old. BB is the biggest cuddle monster going, sleeping almost on top of his foster mum every evening and following her around the home. He really does love the reassurance and love.
We’re therefore looking for a home where the owner will be around most of the time. He adores company and hasn’t been left for long at all since his arrival in care, so would really suit someone who’s retired or works from home and wants a constant companion and friend. Someone who can dedicate the time to love Beauty for all he is, and give a little lost soul a real happy ever after.
BB is gentle natured, loving and just an absolute delight to have around. Having someone who will be happy to provide updates after his adoption will also be really important for us.
We are welcoming applications for our absolute darling boy, the sweetest little soul you could ever wish to meet. He hasn’t been cat or dog tested and this will not be possible due to his foster placement.
He is inquisitive and very keen to look outside, we know he’ll absolutely love exploring when he has the chance. Given his young age and our limited knowledge of his background, we will be looking for a safe location, away from main roads, with preference always to those with a catio or cat proofing.
If you think you could be the purrfect match for our boy, please complete our adoption form.
Please note with the increase in cost of veterinary treatment we now require adopters to take out relevant insurance - we will provide more information during the adoption process.
