Storm

Storm is the most beautiful domestic long hair - white and grey and approximately just over two years old.

He was found abandoned in April 2024 in a carrier by a canal and was taken to a local vets. Due to no fault of his own, he’s now looking for a new home.

He unfortunately is not getting along with the other cats in the home and is becoming increasingly stressed. Storm is playful, confident, beautiful, cheeky, independent and very cute! He does like to go outside and explore so is very used to wearing a collar.

Storm is already neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated and up to date with his flea and worming treatment. He loves to play and does love a good fuss but will tell you once he’s had enough. His ideal home would be someone without other cats - he may possibly do well with one other confident cat however an only pet home would be the best option for him. As he’s used to having access to outdoors he needs a home away from main roads so he can continue to explore outside. He adores children, is good with adults but has never been tested around dogs.

Storm does have a heart murmur and when this was investigated it was found that he has mild pre-clinical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCOM). As this is pre-clinical, other than the heart murmur, he is absolutely fine in himself and does not require medication. Full medical history can be provided. He is insured and this insurance can be passed transferred to his new owners, his HCOM is covered under this insurance.

He’s a lovely boy who deserves the best home where he can be happy.

Please note: Storm is not under the care of RSPCA Stourbridge and District Branch. He is listed under direct re-homing where cats are rehomed from their current home to yours. This is to help assist to re-home safely. After filling in the adoption enquiry form, all communication will be with the current carer.
