Fudgekin - RESERVED

Fudgekin was originally in a home with lots of other cats however her owner sadly became very ill. Although she had tried her best to care for her cats, the situation escalated and living conditions were not in a good place so several rescues stepped in to help find all of her cats new homes.

Fudgekin was adopted by a kind lady that was helping out. As Fudgekin was originally from a multi-cat house, it was thought she would be able to live happily with other cats and enjoy their company. Unfortunately, after months of trying numerous ways to get her to settle with the already resident cats, it became evident that Fudgekin would be much happier in a home as the only pet. This has been an incredible hard decision for her adopter, who has told us:

"Fudgekin is a really gorgeous cat and we are so sad to be rehoming her. Our reason for doing this is simply because she does not get along with our existing two cats.

“Apart from this she is an absolute joy. She loves cuddling and snuggling up, she is very affectionate. Anyone can pick her up and she just happily sits in your arms and purrs. She is curious and playful and can be quite active at night and is also quite clumsy but she has so much character and always means well.

“She would be ideally suited to being the only pet in a household. That being said she really loves company so being on her own a lot would not be ideal - she would be happy to be around children as long as they were gentle and kind. Fudgekin needs to have safe access to a garden, away from any busy roads, to expend her energy, although she never seems to venture very far and likes to be close to home. She will bring a lot of joy and love to the right home and we will be very sad to see her go."

Please note, Fudgekin is not under the care of RSPCA Stourbridge and District, she is still in her current home in the Stourbridge area. Please get in touch if you would like more information about adopting Fudgekin via our adoption form.
