West Midlands Cat Neutering Campaign
Cat neuter & microchip - £5
To be eligible to apply you must:
Live in the West Midlands region (Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands county & Worcestershire).
Be over 18.
Be in receipt of a means tested benefit (income support, housing benefit, council tax benefit, pension credit, state pension, income based ESA, income based JSA and universal credit) , OR a full time student , OR earning a household annual income of less than £18,000.
Limited to a maximum of 8 vouchers per household.

How to apply:
Make an appointment directly with one of the participating vets (explaining that you would like to access the West Midlands Cat Neutering Campaign).
On the day of the operation take proof of address and eligibility with you to the vets (eligibility proof can be in the form of a benefits agency letter, wage slip, proof of full-time student status or bank statement).
You will be required to pay £5 directly to the vets and complete the voucher
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have made sure that your cat has not eaten since 8pm the previous night (and only had access to water to drink). Please ensure on the day of the operation you transport your cat to the vets in a secure carrier.
