We know that poor little Larry has been straying in the Wollescote area of Stourbridge for more than 6 months so he's gone all through the cold and snow being out and having to fend for himself...we also know hes been in the wars with kind members of the public taking him to the vets to be treated for war wounds...so we know he's had a tough little life to date
We believe he's only about 4yrs old and because of his background and what hes been through he is currently quite nervous as has only been in our care for a week (17/2/18).
Larry has now been neutered, flea treated, wormed and microchipped and had his first vaccination. He will be ready for rehoming in a few weeks time once his vaccinations are complete.
We dont know the full extent of Larrys personality yet but he is likely to be extremely nervous when he first goes to a forever home and his owners are going to need to be patient with him and just let him settle in his own time...he needs to learn to trust humans again and know that they will be kind to him. Larry seems to be initially more comfortable with men.
Larry is currently enjoying the warmth and comfort of his pen and for the first time in a very long time is able to curl up and sleep without having to have his witts about him
If you heart goes out to larry and you are interested in offering him a quiet loving home then please do get in contact
